THE MILL, STAGE BY STAGE
From sized warp to packed carton.
Sizing, weaving, finishing, hemming and packing run in-house. Dyeing, printing and embroidery run with partner units.
- Sizing
Benninger sizing prepares the warp before weaving.
- Weaving
Vamatex rapier, air jet, Sulzer and auto looms. Dobby to jacquard terry, plus plain, twill, drill and sateen in the width you need.
- Processing
Continuous and kier bleaching, IR continuous, jigger, reactive thermosol and vat dyeing. Piece-dyed or yarn-dyed.
- Printing & embroidery
Rotary and panel printing in pigment or reactive colours, up to 16 colours, 30 to 124 inch widths. Embroidered details on request.
- Finishing
Pentek finishing, then Azimo automatic long hemstitching and Juki automatic machines.
- Stitching & packing
More than 200 single needle, multi needle, overlock and quilting machines. Packing styles to your brief.
